Ivibet1 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the platform ivibet1 (hereinafter "Platform" or "ivibet1"). Using any feature of ivibet1 — including browsing, registration, deposits, betting, or withdrawals — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

The most up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. If ivibet1 makes significant changes, registered users will be notified by email at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ivibet1 after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.

2. Eligibility

The use of ivibet1 is permitted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Be of full legal capacity under Brazilian law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of ivibet1 or any of its game and technology suppliers;
• Not have had an account previously suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms.

Ivibet1 reserves the right to request identity and proof of residence documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, without affecting any real money balance already deposited.

3. Registration and Account

Each user may hold only an active account at ivibet1, identified by CPF. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved, including any accumulated bonus balance.

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full name as it appears on their ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile number. ivibet1 is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login and password confidential. Any activity carried out using an account's credentials is the account holder's responsibility. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify ivibet1 support at suporte@ivibet1.best.

Ivibet1 may request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, especially before processing the first withdrawal or in cases of unusual account activity. Documents typically requested include: a photo of a government-issued ID (RG, CPF, or CNH) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days.

4. Deposits

The ivibet1 accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — confirmation in seconds, available 24 hours a day, every day;
• Bank slip — up to 1 business day for confirmation;
• Credit card — processed within minutes;
• Debit card — processed within minutes;
• PicPay — quick confirmation via the app;
• Mercado Pago — available to users with a Mercado Pago account;
• TED Transfer — banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for most methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, but ivibet1 may request additional documentation for large deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Deposits made by third parties or from payment methods registered to another person are not accepted. ivibet1 does not accept cash, cryptocurrencies, or any method not listed above.

5. Withdrawals

The ivibet1 processes real-balance withdrawals via Pix within 18 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 and must be made to a Pix key registered under the account holder's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before processing the first withdrawal, ivibet1 may require full identity verification (KYC). Document review takes up to 24 business hours after submission. Once approved, subsequent withdrawals are processed without requiring re-verification, except in cases of unusual activity.

Bonus balances with a pending rollover cannot be withdrawn. Only the real money balance — from deposits, betting winnings, and bonuses with a completed rollover — is available for withdrawal at any time. Pending bonus balance is not returned if the account is voluntarily closed before the conditions are met.

Ivibet1 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, which may extend the processing time by up to 48 hours. Withdrawals suspected of fraud or money laundering may be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities, in accordance with Brazilian law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The ivibet1 offers a variety of promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and crash game promotions. Each promotion has specific terms available on the corresponding page of the platform. The general conditions below apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is valid for a specific period, as indicated in the offer's terms;
• Bonuses are credited to a balance separate from real money and are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal;
• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, never on the user's deposit;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover requirement;
• Participation in promotions is limited to one account per CPF, per IP address, and per device;
• Ivibet1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any behavior that goes against the spirit of the promotion;
• Bonuses that have not been redeemed or whose rollover has not been completed within the allotted time will be automatically removed from the account.

Ivibet1 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of bonus funds. A bonus is an additional benefit offered free of charge — the decision to use it and the outcome of bets placed with it are the user's sole responsibility.

7. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at ivibet1 cover Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, Recopa Sul-Americana, UFC, NBB, volleyball, e-sports, and the major international football competitions. The specific rules for each sport are available in the help section of the platform.

Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the specific cases outlined below:

• Event cancelled before it begins: the bet is refunded in full to the user's balance;
• Event postponed by more than 24 hours: the bet is refunded, unless the event is rescheduled within the same week and ivibet1 confirms the bet remains valid;
• Obvious odds errors: ivibet1 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, with the user notified by email;
• Live event betting: follow the specific rules of each market, with settlement based on the official result of the match or competition.

Ivibet1 uses official sources — sports federations, referees, and regulatory bodies — to resolve disputed results. In cases of ambiguity, ivibet1's decision is final; however, users may submit a formal dispute through support within 72 hours of the result.

Parlay bets (accumulators) follow the same rules and are settled based on the individual results of each selection. If one selection is cancelled, it is removed from the parlay and the remaining stake is calculated using the remaining selections.

8. Live Casino and Crash Games

The Live Casino and crash games at ivibet1 are provided by third-party suppliers — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, SmartSoft Gaming, and others — whose game-specific rules take precedence over the general provisions of these terms in the event of a conflict.

The crash games Aviator, Mines, Balloon, and other Spribe titles use provably fair, which allows users to verify the randomness and integrity of each result. ivibet1 has no ability to alter the outcomes of games provided by third-party suppliers.

In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game or a crash game round:

• The game will continue running normally on the provider's servers;
• The result will be recorded and the balance updated as soon as the connection is restored;
• Ivibet1 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the user's end.

Minimum and maximum bets per round vary by game and are displayed in the interface before each round. ivibet1 reserves the right to adjust betting limits on any game without prior notice, provided the changes do not affect already confirmed bets.

9. User Conduct

The user agrees to use the ivibet1 exclusively for entertainment purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent platform limits;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized software to interact with the platform;
• Intentionally and repeatedly exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or system bugs;
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to secure a result regardless of the event outcome;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Attempting to access another user's account or compromise the security of the platform.

Ivibet1 continuously monitors account activity for irregular patterns. Accounts suspected of violations may be preventively suspended while an investigation is underway. The user will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

10. Account Closure

The user may request account closure at ivibet1 at any time through support, via chat or email. Before closure, any available real-money balance may be withdrawn via Pix, provided the withdrawal conditions are met. Bonus balances with a pending rollover will not be refunded upon voluntary closure.

Ivibet1 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any item in these terms and conditions;
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Use of multiple accounts for bonus abuse;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user through the responsible gambling tools;
• Court order or ruling by a competent regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation where fraud is confirmed, ivibet1 reserves the right to hold the disputed funds until the investigation is complete. Amounts proven to have been obtained fraudulently will not be returned.

11. Responsible Gambling

13. Limitation of Liability

Ivibet1 is also not liable for:

• Connection or device failures on the user's end;
• Data loss resulting from events beyond the platform's control (force majeure);
• Bet settlement decisions based on official sources that the user considers incorrect;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Ivibet1's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real-money balance available in the user's account at the time the liability-triggering event occurs.

14. Changes to the Terms

The ivibet1 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users with a minimum notice of 7 (seven) calendar days before taking effect. Minor changes — such as spelling corrections or updated contact information — may be made without prior notice.

The last updated date at the top of this document always reflects the current version. By continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any changes, the user confirms acceptance of the updated conditions. If you do not agree, you must close your account before the effective date.
